Now replace highlighted text with "m". it will be look like

m.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=4i2181xXHao
press enter button 

Step 2: Now Right Click On "Watch Video" And Copy Link Location.

Step 3: Then Open Media Player On Your PC,Then In File Menu Choose “Open Network Stream”.

Step 4: Next Move On To Network Tab In Pop Up Window And Paste The URL And Hit Play.

the last step is to past url that we are coped in step:2 in the network tab and hit play button. video will start without buffering..
