Vodafone India To Offer International Toll Free Services (ITFS)
Vodafone Business Services (VBS), the enterprise arm of Vodafone
India will soon start offering International Toll Free Services (ITFS)
to meet the need of Indian enterprises to communicate with them, through
an international toll free number.
Vodafone is all set to tap the potential business opportunities in the INR 70 crore (Source F&S) ITFS market and empower the enterprises across sectors – cater to their international customers, call support centres in India or conference bridges hosted in India. Vodafone will work closely with these enterprises to understand their business needs and provide suitable ITFS number solutions. Vodafone customers can directly avail the Toll Free Number of different countries effortlessly. As an added benefit, customers need not connect with the foreign operators and neither do they have to worry about hauling the call back to India.
The noteworthy benefit of this service for Indian enterprises would be that billing is done in Indian rupees instead in foreign currency, which is the case when calls are routed through international operators. Besides, Vodafone will be providing this service to multiple countries by eliminating the need for Enterprises to talk to multiple service providers.
